Submit via the online form on this page or inside the Bricklet Android App under Profile > Settings > Delete Account.

Deactivation & Purge

Once verified, your account is deactivated immediately and associated personal data is permanently deleted within 7 business days.

Data Deletion & Retention Policy

In compliance with the Google Play Developer Data Safety Policy and applicable Indian privacy laws, BRICKLET REAL ESTATE PRIVATE LIMITED provides transparent disclosures regarding what data is deleted upon account removal and what data must be retained under statutory legal requirements.

Data Types Permanently Deleted
  • Profile & Account Details: Full name, registered email address, mobile number, and encrypted password credentials.
  • KYC Verification Documents: Uploaded PAN card and Aadhar card images, document numbers, and verification statuses.
  • Saved Preferences & Favorites: Saved properties, search queries, filter preferences, and saved developer interactions.
  • Session & Authentication Tokens: Active Sanctum API tokens and mobile push notification device tokens.
Data Retained & Retention Period
  • Financial & Invoice Records: Transaction histories, tax invoices, and payment receipts are retained for up to 7 years as mandated by statutory GST and Income Tax regulations in India.
  • Security & Audit Logs: Anonymized server access logs and security event logs are retained for up to 90 days for cybersecurity auditing and fraud prevention.
  • Legal Dispute Data: If your account is subject to active legal proceedings or law enforcement inquiry, relevant records are retained until resolution.
